About Me

Hi! I am Paul Son, a Lead UX Researcher at Docusign. I specialize in embedding strategic UX research across all product lifecycle phases and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a 360-degree view of user/customer insights.

Prior to this, I supported Einstein Analytics (now CRM Analytics) at Salesforce, where I executed actionable, high-velocity research, primarily focusing on user testing and generating concept feedback to address product challenges

Most of my work as a UX researcher is comprised of journey maps, cognitive tasks analysis, user interviews, concept feedback, moderated and unmoderated user testing, and qualitative surveys.

I graduated from UC Berkeley's School of Information with a focus in UX research and design with side interests in digital publishing and front-end development.

Outside of work I'm often found playing with my kids or drinking lots of coffee.
